     Ensure that all projects prohibit the use of boom lift to transfer people (leading to have people going outside of the basket when at height)

     Ensure that all projects have always, in the vicinity of any boom lift in operations, a trained ground operator able to maneuver the equipment in case of emergency

     Conduct test/drills to verify that designated ground operators are able to maneuver the boom lift
